1. Who We Are
Fakira Trade L.L.C-FZ (the "Company", "we", "us") is a general trading company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We act as the controller of the personal data described in this Policy: we determine why and how it is processed.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data that we process in connection with the website fakiratrade.com and fakiratrade.ae, including all its language versions, and in connection with business correspondence that follows from it.
It does not apply to third-party resources that may be linked from our website.
3. What We Collect
We collect only what is needed to answer a business enquiry.
Data you provide through the request form:
- name;
- company name;
- country;
- preferred contact channel and the corresponding contact detail (email address, telephone number or messenger number);
- product group of interest;
- the text of your enquiry, including any volume or task description you choose to provide.
Technical data:
- traffic source markers (utm parameters), if they were present in the link you followed;
- the address of the page from which the enquiry was sent.
What we do not collect: we do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, tag managers or profiling tools. We do not set cookies for tracking. We do not collect payment data through the website. We do not knowingly collect data of persons under 18.
4. Why We Process It and On What Basis

We do not use your data for newsletters, mailing lists or marketing profiling. We do not sell your data.
5. Who Receives It
Access is limited to our sales desk and to employees who need the data to answer your enquiry or to perform a contract.
Your data may be disclosed:
- to service providers acting on our behalf — for example, providers of email and hosting services — under obligations of confidentiality and only to the extent necessary;
- to banks, carriers, insurers, customs agents and other participants of a transaction, where this is necessary to perform a contract with you;
- to competent authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.
We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Transfers Outside the United Arab Emirates
Our correspondence and the operation of our website may involve service providers located outside the United Arab Emirates.
Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, we do so in accordance with the requirements of the applicable data protection law — to jurisdictions recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, or on the basis of appropriate contractual safeguards with the recipient, or where the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
7. How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry data for 24 months from the date of our last correspondence with you, unless the enquiry results in a contract.
Where a contract is concluded, we keep the related data for the term of the contract and for the periods required by applicable tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules.
When a retention period expires, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
8. Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in applicable law, you have the right to:
- request access to your personal data and information about how it is processed;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request restriction of processing, or object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- receive the data you provided in a structured, commonly used format, and request its transfer where technically feasible;
- lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority of the United Arab Emirates.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@fakiratrade.com. We respond within the period established by applicable law. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
9. How We Protect It
We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risk, including restricting access to data on a need-to-know basis, transmitting the website over an encrypted connection, and imposing confidentiality obligations on persons with access.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect your rights, we act in accordance with the notification requirements of applicable law.
10. Automated Decision-Making
We do not take decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects concerning you based solely on automated processing, and we do not carry out profiling.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Policy. The current version is the one published on this page, with the edition number and date of last update shown at the top.
Material changes affecting how we process data already collected will be communicated to you at the contact address you provided, where we hold one.
